A guided T.R.U.T.H.™ process to help you understand what has changed, what you truly want, and what a conscious next step might look like.

You love your partner, but something fundamental has changed.
Sex and intimacy have faded, and no one really talks about what that means.
You are tired of pretending everything is fine.
You don’t want blame, pressure or simplistic advice.
You don’t know whether the relationship can be repaired, redefined or needs to change.
You just know you cannot keep drifting indefinitely.
When people have been living in this situation for a long time, they often end up asking one of two questions:
How do I get intimacy back?
or
Do I have to leave?

But there is often a whole layer of understanding missing before either of those questions can be answered.
Sometimes sex is where everything else in the relationship is showing up.
Sometimes the desire is still there, but it is buried under resentment, rejection, hurt or years of not talking.
Sometimes the relationship you used to have is gone, but that does not necessarily mean it has to end.
And sometimes, yes, what becomes clear is that two people no longer want the same thing.
Before you decide what to do, you need to understand what is actually happening.
The aim of this process is not for me to tell you whether to stay, leave, rebuild or accept the relationship as it is.
It is for you to understand:
what has actually changed
what is still alive between you
what you are feeling and avoiding
what you want now
and what choices are realistically available to you from here.
And from there:
You may decide the relationship can be rebuilt or redefined.
You may consciously choose to stay as things are.
You may decide that something has to change.
You may decide to leave.
We cannot know that in advance.
But there is a very big difference between making one of those choices from confusion and making it after you can finally see your situation clearly.
This is not a formula for fixing a “dead bedroom” in five steps.
It is not marriage counselling. I am not here to diagnose your partner, make them want sex again, save your marriage or persuade you to leave it.
This is clarity process.
A private space to understand what is really happening inside you before you make decisions from panic, guilt, resentment, fantasy or fear.
You are not here to make a decision today.
You are here to see.
Because you cannot consciously choose what you refuse to look at.
Some people live in sexless marriages and are genuinely okay with it. If both people consciously accept that relationship, there may be nothing to solve.
This process is for the person who isn’t okay with it anymore
When intimacy disappears, many couples do nothing. They adapt. They avoid the conversation. They tell themselves it is just a phase, that life is busy, that maybe things will change.
And sometimes they do...but sometimes years pass.
Resentment grows. Emotional distance becomes normal. You stop reaching for each other. You begin living more like housemates, co-parents or business partners than lovers.
Sometimes desire goes underground or attaches itself to fantasy. Sometimes to another person. Sometimes you simply become numb.
None of this makes either of you the villain but not making a decision does not mean nothing is happening.
The relationship is still changing and sometimes, if you avoid looking for long enough, life makes the decision for you.
This process is an invitation to look before that happens.
What is actually happening? Not the story to tell yourself but the T.R.U.T.H.
What has disappeared?
What are you pretending not to know?
What are you tolerating?
What are you afraid would happen if you finally said it out loud?
Desire often carries information the mind is too afraid to admit.
Where has your desire gone?
Has it gone numb?
Has it gone underground?
Has it turned into resentment, fantasy, work, distraction, food, porn, emotional affairs, or quiet withdrawal?
Once you have more clarity, we begin to look at possible next steps.
Maybe having a real conversation.
Maybe grieving what is no longer there.
Maybe rebuilding intimacy.
Maybe staying, but no longer pretending.
Maybe separating with love.

I am Eva, I am a creator, writer, existential guide and a woman who has lived more than one version of herself.
For years, I built a life around desire, fantasy, visibility and survival and I lost myself along the way.
My work is shaped by lived experience: reinvention, separation, desire, online visibility, fantasy, burnout and the slow, beautiful, and uncomfortable process of becoming more honest with myself.

My work brings together lived experience, deep self-inquiry, T.R.U.T.H.™ and maieutic coaching - a way of working through questions, reflection and self-inquiry.
We will look at what is happening beneath the surface, not only at the obvious problem.
At the difference between love and fear.
Desire and fantasy.
Guilt and responsibility.
Loyalty and self-abandonment.
What you genuinely want and what you think you are supposed to want.
I will challenge you when needed, but I will not push you towards a particular outcome.
My role is to help you see your situation more clearly than you can from inside it. I ask the questions that are easy to avoid, reflect patterns you may not yet be seeing, and help you separate what you genuinely want from fear, guilt, habit and fantasy.
You want someone to tell you whether you should stay or leave.
You are looking for couples counselling or mediation.
You want to make your partner change.
You are looking for a quick fix to bring the sex back.
You want confirmation that your partner is the problem.
You are not willing to look honestly at your own part in the relationship.
You are not ready to question some of the assumptions you may have about love, marriage, sex and commitment.
You do not need to know what you want yet.
But you do need to be willing to look.
