By using this website, submitting an application, booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Conscious Desire provides coaching, guided self-inquiry, educational content and related personal-development services.

2. Coaching and personal-development services

Services offered through Conscious Desire are intended to support reflection, self-awareness, clarity and personal decision-making.

They are not psychotherapy, couples therapy, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis support.

I do not diagnose mental-health conditions or provide medical or legal recommendations.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Coaching and personal-development work is individual and subjective.

While I will provide the service described and work with you in good faith, no particular personal, relationship, financial or other outcome can be guaranteed.

In particular, participation in What Happened to Us? does not guarantee reconciliation, separation, improvement in sexual intimacy or any other predetermined relationship outcome.

4. Applications

Some services require an application before they can be purchased.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

I may decline an application if I believe the service is not appropriate for the applicant or that another form of professional support would be more suitable.

5. Fees and payment

The price and payment arrangements for each service will be clearly communicated before you purchase.

Where a separate coaching or client agreement is provided, the payment terms in that agreement will apply.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights will be explained before you purchase a service and, where applicable, in your individual client agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that you are entitled to by law.

If you ask for a service to begin during a statutory cancellation period, additional conditions may apply and these will be explained before the service begins.

7. Sessions and rescheduling

Specific arrangements for attendance, cancellations, missed sessions and rescheduling will be included in the relevant service or client agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during private coaching sessions will be treated with care and confidentiality, subject to any exceptions explained in your individual client agreement or required by law.

9. Website content

The material on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

You are welcome to use it for your own personal learning, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially distribute my written materials, programmes, exercises or other original content without permission.

11. Separate client agreements
