I am Eva, I am a creator, writer, existential guide and a woman who has lived more than one version of herself.

For years, I built a life around desire, fantasy, visibility and survival and I lost myself along the way.

My work is shaped by lived experience: reinvention, separation, desire, online visibility, fantasy, burnout and the slow, beautiful, and uncomfortable process of becoming more honest with myself.

How I Work

My work brings together lived experience, deep self-inquiry, T.R.U.T.H.™ and maieutic coaching - a way of working through questions, reflection and self-inquiry.

  • We will look at what is happening beneath the surface, not only at the obvious problem.

  • At the difference between love and fear.

  • Desire and fantasy.

  • Guilt and responsibility.

  • Loyalty and self-abandonment.

  • What you genuinely want and what you think you are supposed to want.

I will challenge you when needed, but I will not push you towards a particular outcome.

My role is to help you see your situation more clearly than you can from inside it. I ask the questions that are easy to avoid, reflect patterns you may not yet be seeing, and help you separate what you genuinely want from fear, guilt, habit and fantasy.

This is NOT for you if…

  • You want someone to tell you whether you should stay or leave.

  • You are looking for couples counselling or mediation.

  • You want to make your partner change.

  • You are looking for a quick fix to bring the sex back.

  • You want confirmation that your partner is the problem.

  • You are not ready to question some of the assumptions you may have about love, marriage, sex and commitment.
